SMS Messaging Program Terms

SMS Program Description. Pilonidal Fix, operated by Refuah Surgical Consulting PC, operates an SMS messaging program for patients and prospective patients. The program supports two types of messages: (a) Marketing messages, including promotions, service availability updates, and educational content; and (b) Transactional messages, including appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, pre-operative and post-operative care instructions, prescription notifications, and direct replies to inquiries.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to opt in to the Pilonidal Fix SMS program.

Opt-In. You may opt in by checking the applicable consent box on the consultation request form at https://pilofix.com/become-a-patient. Marketing and transactional consent are collected separately and are each optional. Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of receiving medical care or any service from Pilonidal Fix.

Opt-Out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages of that type. To opt back in, reply START or contact us directly.

Help. Reply HELP to any message to receive a response with our contact information. You may also call 862-429-4027 or visit https://pilofix.com.

Message Frequency. Marketing messages: approximately 2 to 8 per month. Transactional messages: approximately 2 to 12 per month based on your active care needs.

Message and Data Rates. Msg & data rates may apply. Pilonidal Fix is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier related to receiving SMS messages. Check with your carrier for details about your message and data plan.

Supported Carriers. Carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and Cricket are supported. Other carriers may also support the program.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered SMS messages. Pilonidal Fix is not responsible for any disruption in SMS service caused by carrier or third-party network issues.

Privacy. Your use of the SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy at https://pilofix.com/privacy-policy. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile number or SMS opt-in data to third parties.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
